So we’re back with a brand new site and some changes to the team. Hope you like it all! More fun stuff is coming shortly so stay tuned. See you out there in the streets and parks, come say hi if you see us!

This guy is riding for Pigeon now. Can you figure out who it is? Welcome video coming in a few days!
Mark Pulman over at Tacky.se is testing the Pigeon 8″ “Amaze” board. Check out the review here. And as always, check your local skateshop or contact us if you’re interested in buying a board!
This must be the most delayed welcome video ever! As most of you already know, Micke Boström has been on the team for about a year now but haven’t been properly introduced with a welcome video. If you live in the Stockholm area you’ve definitely seen Micke around. He is a true skater for life and I’m proud to call him my friend and now also teammate. So, long overdue, welcome to the team Micke!
A few nights ago we went to the premiere of Hooked For Life, a documentary by Staffan Hildebrand about the Swedish skateboard scene (well, Stockholm scene really…) from the 70′s and up until today. Featured in the film are, among others, Tony Magnusson, Greger Hagelin (founder of WeSC), Ali Boulala, Mathias Ringström and many, many others. It’s out on DVD soon and is definitely worth picking up. Know your history.

The beautiful Skandia theatre where the premiere was held.

Hmm… I wonder what this could be? Maple syrup? A moose head? Jim Carrey?

It’s time for the annual Swedish Skateboard Awards, or as we say it, Svenska Skateboardgalan. February 12th is the date to mark in your calendar and you can and should go and vote for your favorites right here: Svenska Skateboardgalan.

Merry christmas from all of us to all of you! Take it easy with the glögg…
Here’s a really nice video our good friend David made this summer featuring Oliver, David and some other friends of Pigeon. Makes you wish summer would get here faster… Enjoy!
It took some time, actually a whole lot longer than planned, but as you can see the new website is finally up and running! We hope you like what you see. There’s some new boards on the Product page and say hello to some new team members on the Team page. As usual, you can get Pigeon products in some fine skateshops or by contacting us.
Hope to hear from you soon!
